What Evanto Cannot Guarantee for Third-Party Products

We cannot absolutely assure that the following will never happen with third-party products:

  • Disasters: Natural disasters, infrastructure failures affecting product functionality
  • Malicious Activity: Hacking, DDoS attacks, cyber attacks by external parties
  • Jamming: Service interruptions, network issues, third-party dependencies failing
  • Digital Theft: Unauthorized access, data breaches despite security measures
  • Market Lapse: Changes in market conditions, platform dependencies, regulatory changes
  • Vendor Abandonment: Third-party vendor discontinuing support or going out of business

Evanto's Role and Limited Support

While we cannot control or guarantee third-party products, we are there with our clients to:

  • Provide a secure, accessible marketplace platform
  • Facilitate communication between buyers and third-party vendors
  • Assist with platform-related technical issues (not product-specific issues)
  • Mediate disputes between buyers and vendors where possible
  • Remove vendors who violate our marketplace policies

However, issues with the third-party product itself must be addressed directly with the vendor.

  • Register on Evanto marketplace to sell their own products
  • Set their own pricing, terms, and support policies
  • Are responsible for the quality, functionality, and legality of their products
  • Provide support and updates (or not) at their own discretion
  • May or may not be verified or screened by Evanto
